After lunch, continue to Pác Ngòi Village for check-in and some leisure time to relax. 02:00 PM: Transfer to the boat pier and begin your journey to explore Ba Bể Lake, one of the largest and most beautiful natural freshwater lakes in the world located within a mountainous region. Renowned for its exceptional natural beauty, Ba Bể Lake consists of three interconnected lakes fed by two major rivers at the southern end and flowing into the Năng River to the north. The lake's crystal-clear waters remain pristine year-round and have never run dry. Surrounded by towering limestone mountains, dense forests, and diverse wildlife, Ba Bể offers breathtaking scenery and a peaceful atmosphere. Visitors can admire the spectacular landscapes while also enjoying local specialties unique to the region, including fresh fish and shrimp from the lake, free-range hill chicken, wild forest vegetables, suckling pig, upland sticky rice, and bamboo shoots. 07:00 PM: Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. DISCOVER CAO BANG & BAN GIOC WATERFALL Morning 06:00 AM: Start your day early and enjoy the refreshing mountain air, followed by breakfast at the hotel. 07:00 AM: Depart for Cao Bang Province with your tour guide and driver. Along the way, admire the stunning landscapes of Vietnam’s Northeast region, featuring majestic mountains, lush forests, and picturesque countryside. 11:00 AM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and taste Cao Bang’s famous regional specialties. Afternoon 12:30 PM: Visit the magnificent Ban Gioc Waterfall, one of Vietnam’s most iconic natural wonders. Standing 53 meters high and cascading over three impressive levels, Ban Gioc is widely regarded as the most beautiful waterfall in Vietnam and the largest natural waterfall in Southeast Asia. Situated on the border between Vietnam and China, the waterfall is also home to important national boundary markers symbolizing the country's sovereignty. 03:30 PM: Continue to Phat Tich Truc Lam Ban Gioc Pagoda, a peaceful Buddhist temple built on a 3-hectare site at the foot of Phia Nham Mountain. From here, visitors can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Ban Gioc Waterfall and the surrounding mountain scenery. 04:30 PM: Stop at Phuc Sen Blacksmith Village on the return journey. This traditional craft village is famous throughout Vietnam for its long-standing blacksmithing heritage. Skilled artisans continue to produce handcrafted farming tools using techniques passed down through generations, preserving a unique cultural tradition of the Nung ethnic community. 05:30 PM: Arrive in Cao Bang City and check in to your hotel. Enjoy free time to relax and unwind. Evening 07:00 PM: Dinner at a local restaurant. After dinner, guests are free to explore Cao Bang City at night, stroll through its streets, experience the local atmosphere, and discover the charm of this peaceful northern city. 06:30 AM: Wake up, enjoy breakfast, and complete the hotel check-out procedures. Afterwards, depart for Pác Bó Cave and Lenin Stream, one of Vietnam’s most significant historical and revolutionary landmarks. Pác Bó is famous as the place where President Hồ Chí Minh lived and worked upon his return to Vietnam in 1941, directly leading the Vietnamese revolutionary movement. The name Pác Bó literally means “the mouth of the source” in the local language. A visit to this historic site provides a deeper understanding of President Hồ Chí Minh’s extraordinary life and dedication to the nation. Surrounded by the tranquil beauty of mountains, forests, and the crystal-clear waters of Lenin Stream, visitors can explore the cave, the stone table where he worked, and other important relics associated with this pivotal period in Vietnamese history. The site is also remembered through President Hồ Chí Minh’s famous poem: In the morning by the stream, in the evening in the cave, Corn porridge and bamboo shoots are always ready. On a rugged stone table, translating Party history, What a luxurious life for a revolutionary! 11:00 AM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Cao Bằng City. 12:30 PM: Depart for Hanoi. Along the way, there will be a rest stop where you may relax and sample local specialties or purchase souvenirs at your own expense. 06:30 PM: Arrive in Hanoi, marking the end of the tour.
