As one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Vietnam and the largest in Southeast Asia, Ban Gioc Waterfall stands 53m high and is divided into 3 tiers, creating a magnificent scene. In the rainy season, the waterfall cascades down powerfully, throwing up white foam like a dragon coiling amid the wilderness. In the dry season, the waterfall becomes gentle with emerald-green water reflecting the colors of the mountains and forests, forming a stunning natural picture.
Located deep within the mountain at Gun hamlet, Dam Thuy commune, Trung Khanh district, Nguom Ngao Cave is a wondrous gift that nature has bestowed upon Cao Bang. The cave stands out with its system of stalactites and stalagmites in countless shapes, along with crystal-clear underground pools. The magical scenery inside the cave leaves visitors in awe of nature's magnificent beauty.
Phuc Sen blacksmith village (Quang Yen district, Cao Bang province) has a tradition spanning hundreds of years, famous for handcrafted forged products such as knives, scissors, hoes, and sickles. Each product is created using a distinctive steel-forging technique, delivering durable quality. Coming here, visitors not only have the chance to watch the artisans crafting their products but can also buy sharp handmade items to bring home as gifts for the family.
Pac Bo is a historical site associated with President Ho Chi Minh. This was once the place where Uncle Ho lived and worked after many years traveling abroad in search of a path to save the country. Visitors here can tour relics such as Pac Bo Cave, Lenin Stream, Karl Marx Mountain, and the stone table where Uncle Ho once translated the history of the Party. Not only does it carry profound historical value, but the scenery here is also extremely poetic, with rolling mountains and a clear blue stream, creating a peaceful and sacred space.
